While Baby Sleeps

I have been able to create some greeting cards with new designs and some all time favorite designs while the baby sleeps.

Summer Post

I've been negligent from posting because my father was sick and I was spending a lot of time with him.  He passed away peacefully on July 10 at home like he wanted.  Our family has received some beautiful sympathy cards and Masses are being offered at my father's church at 4 o'clock vigil until 2015.  He was a gentle man who loved gardening, music and dancing.   The recessional hymn at his funeral per his request was "Lord of the Dance."  The ceremony was special, reverent and a celebration of him and his family.   I was so lucky to have him as my Daddy.  My siblings and cousins will keep the promise he made to his mother to gather the whole family together at least once a year.

I made a card with the help of Lori and the photo of it was with the help of the sun.  I will send it to our niece, Josie, who recently lost her mother.

Life is a matter of moments

My dear Aunt Dot recently passed away too and left a legacy of many children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.  I sent a  different sympathy card to each of her 6 children.
